Sheet Metal Fabrication FAQ

What sheet metal processes can you support?

The fabrication route can include laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, tapping, deburring and assembly. Share the model and finished requirements so the operation sequence can be reviewed.

What materials and thicknesses can you fabricate?

Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper and brass can be reviewed. Thickness capability is confirmed against the material, geometry and selected process rather than a single general range.

Can you support prototypes and low-volume orders?

Prototype, low-volume and batch production can be planned around the part and finishing requirements. Send the quantity and intended production schedule to confirm suitable setups and inspection checkpoints.

Can you fabricate from DXF or STEP files?

DXF flat patterns and STEP models can be used for fabrication review. Include a controlled drawing with material, thickness, bends, tolerances and finish requirements.

Can you provide finish and inspection documentation?

Material, finish and inspection documentation can be included when agreed in the project scope. Specify the required certificates, dimensional reports and acceptance criteria with the RFQ.

How quickly can you quote a sheet metal part?

Quotation timing depends on the completeness of the model, flat pattern, material, thickness, quantity and finish requirements. We review the inputs and confirm a quotation schedule rather than promise a fixed turnaround.

Have a Sheet Metal Part to Fabricate?

Send the model or drawing with material, thickness, quantity and finish requirements. We will review the fabrication route and return a practical quote path.
